YOUNG WARRIORS
In this program, your child will learn all aspects of a fight, including standing, ground, top and bottom positions, guard, and submission techniques. They will also be introduced to live sparring. The main goals of the Young Warriors Program are to build character, resilience, endurance, and physical strength.
It's important for children in this age group to be able to defend themselves and learn skills like discipline, control, and confidence. A child's confidence level matches the challenges they overcome.
Our aim is to support and prepare your child mentally, emotionally, and physically so they can succeed in any pursuit they choose.
Our program is divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Each lesson will strengthen their understanding of efficient energy use, leverage, and managing distance with techniques that range from simple to complex.
