The Warrior's Program helps build Self-Discipline and Self-Control by setting goals. We believe that Self-Discipline is important to achieve success in life. Having a growth mindset allows us to focus on long-term goals instead of seeking instant gratification. True freedom comes when we think independently and don't follow the crowd.


Warriors Program - Houzn Jiu Jitsu Kids

In this program, we’ll dive deeper into the self-defense techniques and make an introduction into the world of Sports Jiu Jitsu. We believe that equipping kids with the knowledge and skills to protect themselves is of great importance. Sport’s Jiu Jitsu is a highly competitive program that pushes individuals to their limits. It involves live sparring sessions where participants get to test their skills against one another. Our aim is not only to make our pre-teens physically stronger but also to foster a mindset that encourages them to take powerful and creative action in various situations.

By engaging in live sparring, participants will learn how to think on their feet, strategically plan their moves, and adapt to different opponents. These skills not only have practical value in the context of self-defense but also translate into other areas of life. We believe that by pushing boundaries and constantly challenging themselves on the mat, our teenagers will gain the confidence and resilience needed to face any obstacles that come their way.

Our program is designed to strike a balance between rigorous training and a supportive environment. We understand that each participant has their own unique set of strengths and weaknesses, and our experienced instructors will be there every step of the way to offer guidance and individualized attention. Our goal is not only to help teenagers develop physical prowess but also to cultivate positive character traits such as discipline, respect, and perseverance.
