JIU JITSU INTENSIVE
CAMP OVERVIEW
Our Intensive Jiu Jitsu Program helps young athletes improve quickly. It offers competition-like practice to help your child achieve their goals. Led by Professor Rafaello Oliveira, a respected coach, sessions focus on skills, mental strength, and fitness. The camp runs five days a week from 9 am to noon for four weeks, based on a training plan.
This program is great for young competitors who want to compete or enhance their skills.
TRAINING FOR EVERY SKILL
TECHNICAL
Learn how to effectively attack, sweep, and submit from various guards, as well as how to handle and defend against different guard types.
Guard pull: pulling Guard with a purpose;
Takedowns: starting ahead and making progression towards finishes;
Guard : controls and attacks (Sweeps, Reverses and Submissions);
Top : connections between Toreando passes and Smash passes.
MENTAL
Pre-Tournament routines, preparation, emotional control and addressing adversity.
PHYSICAL
Maximize timing, increase core strength and power, aerobic capacity and reduce chance of injury.
You can choose to participate in training for one week or more.

Yes. The Jiu Jitsu Intensive Camps is open to ALL Advanced practitioners and/or Competitors in the BJJ Community who is looking to improve their game.

Depending of the size of the group, split the kids into three age groups 6 -9 and 10-13 and 14-16. Some activities such as warm up will be done together.

Th Intensive Camp will go from 9am to 12pm.

Bring a snacks or sandwich from home each day (No Peanuts Please!)
All food brought from home has to be labeled with the child’s name and cannot be shared with other campers.

We’re not able to offer early drop off. If your child must come later than 9:15 am or need to be picked up a few minutes later, please send an email to contact@houznjiujitsu.academy.
→ Students will only be dismissed to those people listed in the registration. All adults picking up students must have a government issued ID to sign out a child.
