This May at Houzn Jiu Jitsu Academy, we are proud to shine a spotlight on the women who empower and inspire our community. As we dedicate this month to celebrating their achievements and contributions, we aim to foster an environment that supports and uplifts female athletes at all levels. Our focus is not only on the technical skills they bring to the mat but also on their leadership qualities that strengthen and unite us. From beginners to seasoned competitors, we honor the courage, strength, and resilience of every woman who steps into our academy. Join us as we explore their journeys, share their stories, and champion the spirit of women in Jiu Jitsu.

Contest Rules
Eligibility
Open to all, no purchase necessary. Participants must be 18+ or have guardian consent.
Contest Period
The contest runs from May 3rd to May 31st. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
How to Enter
Follow Houzn Jiu Jitsu Academy on the platform you're entering on & allow us to follow you back (if account is private).
Create a post that creatively aligns with the theme. This could be a photo, video, or written post related to the Houzn Jiu Jitsu community.
Tag Houzn Jiu Jitsu Academy in your post.
Use the primary hashtags #WomenWhoRoll and #ReachYourPotential.
Judging Criteria
Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the theme. Houzn Jiu Jitsu Academy staff will select the winning post.
Prize
The May winner will receive a Houzn t-shirt and a 1 hr Private Class ($200 value)
Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced and contacted within one week of the contest ending via social media.
Permissions
By entering, participants grant Houzn Jiu Jitsu Academy permission to share their posts and use them for promotional purposes.
